Be certain to open the Readme file. Files provided include 2000 and 1990 neighborhood statistical area .shp files, street file, water file, dbf of the data and more.
CensusGIS1.zip contains 2000 neighborhood statistical shapes; includes street file, water file, dbf of the data and more.
CensusGIS2.zip contains 90 and 2000 SF1 block data and indicates blocks assigned to neighborhoods, 902ksf1.shp - this contains complete count data for 1990 and 2000 at the census block level. The spreadsheet version is SF1_90_2K_Change.xls.
CensusGIS.zip contains street file.
