This data set contains 82 variables for 313 community and neighborhoods
(264 neighborhoods and 49 communities). The data was published by the
Baltimore City Department of Planning in their publication CensusNews
#12 1990 Census Data By Neighborhoods. (April 1993)
After confirming that this data was no longer available in a usable
electronic format, the data from the eight tables included in
CensusNews#12 was carefully keyed in by staff at Johns
Hopkins University, Government Publications Maps and Law Library.
Permission was obtained from Gloria Griffin, Baltimore City Department
of Planning to make this data available.
