Johns Hopkins at Eastern is 1 mile east of the Homewood campus on 33rd Street on the right (south) side of the street. It is directly across from the Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Family Center YMCA (the former site of Memorial Stadium).

From I-95 or from I-695 (the Baltimore Beltway): Take Beltway exit 27A to southbound Maryland 146/Dulaney Valley Road toward Towson. At the traffic circle, take the third exit onto York Road southbound. Follow York Road for 4.3 miles until it becomes Greenmount Avenue. After another 0.3 miles on Greenmount, turn left onto East 39th Street. Bear right onto Ellerslie Avenue after 0.1 miles. Then, after 0.6 miles, turn left at the light onto East 33rd Street. Johns Hopkins at Eastern will be on your right. See parking information below to determine whether to turn right into the Ellerslie Avenue lot on the west side of the building or go past the building into the driveway to the east.

From I-83 (the Jones Falls Expressway): Take the 28th Street exit and go left (eastbound) on 28th Street. Turn left on North Howard Street and continue past the Baltimore Museum of Art to Charles Street. Turn left at Charles Street and then right at the next light onto East 33rd Street. Go about 1 mile and continue on East 33rd past Ellerslie Avenue. . Johns Hopkins at Eastern will be on your right. See parking information below to determine whether to turn right into the Ellerslie Avenue lot on the west side of the building or go past the building into the driveway to the east.

Parking information: If you will be at Eastern for an hour or less or if you are displaying a valid handicapped license plate or permit, you may turn into the driveway on the east side of the building and park in front, in either a marked visitor space or a handicapped space. If you will be visiting Johns Hopkins at Eastern for more than an hour, please park in the Ellerslie Avenue lot (also known as the "lower lot") located to the west of the building. After parking, walk up the short flight of stairs and around to the front entrance.
