The SMART application is designed to provide SAP users with information about SAP roles and security. You have two choices as to how to obtain the information. The first method is to go through an online interview process, answering questions about what job functions you or your employee perform. Based on the answers, the application recommends the appropriate SAP roles . You can answer all of the questions or navigate directly to the sections that apply . The second method is to look up role explanations by choosing the specific role(s) you are looking for.
